Without setting a foot outside of this private retreat, you’ll find a pool with a waterfall slide, a shaded grotto, spa, putting green, swim-up bar, games room and fire pit to gather around on starry nights. An outdoor misting system cools you down on demand on hot summer days, and the pool is also heated for the cooler months. Polished marbled floors lead you to a luxurious living and dining room, six large bedrooms – four of which with en-suite bathrooms – and a master bedroom that opens up into the patio. Your host has gone the extra mile to accommodate all kinds of groups, with the option to split any super-king bed into generous twins, so you'll never have to compromise on personal space. Within the blissful confines of the boundaries, you can also admire mountain views and the breathtaking Arizona sunset as your day draws to a close. Or in a short drive from the estate, you’ll find hiking gems, golfing, shopping, fine dining and the neighbourhood bars and eateries of Old Town Scottsdale.

* Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 9pm, but you’re welcome to sit outside as long as you keep the noise down
* All of the rooms have multiple beds so be prepared to share although even at full occupancy there's plenty of space for everyone
* All super-king beds can be converted into XL twins, so let your host know how you'd like the beds to be configured
* Remember to clean the barbecue and refill the propane tank, otherwise there is a cleaning fee of $35
* The daily fee to enjoy a heated pool and spa is $70
