The outside space is stunning, with shaded areas for when you need to escape the heat, as well as a barbecue and alfresco dining area on the terrace. The views don’t stop when you step inside, happily, as there are vast walls of glass ensuring you don’t miss a moment of the sunsets. You’ll need a car to get around easily, but it only takes ten minutes to drive to Kalkan beach and the old town.

*The pool is open from April to October.
*This home is spread over three floors so may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. Though there are two en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor, there are approximately 40 steps to the pool area and terrace.
*Three bedrooms – those at pool level and below – can only be accessed externally.
