Villars Soleil A27 Apartment 2

Very good geographical location and a very good exposure for sunshine, to remove from an essential garage in Villars. Just a bit lacking in freshness compared to certain rentals that Interhome villars have previously been able to provide us with, storage furniture in the bedrooms and microwaves would be very valuable.

The condition of the apartment is very old (furniture, equipment, bedding) Mold in the bathroom There is no access to a place to store skis, and it is not possible to leave skis on the parking space (which is unused). All this means that the apartment has a very poor quality-price ratio.

The flat is in a great location. The size of the flat and balcony are great. It is also affordable priced. The reception (key pick up) was perfect. They were very flexible about what time we could move in to the apartment and what time we could leave! Much appreciated. However, the apartment needs to be renovated, or in the very least, repainted and cleaned better. It smelled of old food, stale smoke. The bathroom was particularly unfresh. It also lacks a proper caquelon for cheese fondue!

I like this apartment because it is mini duplex, comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, internet & TV work very well, the terrace has a very nice view, it is very bright and it is very well located with a garage. What else do you want? But for demanding people, it is true that the bathroom is outdated, as well as the apartment in general and dusty, the rooms face the street and it can be noisy especially on weekends. The mattresses also deserve to be changed because they are soft.

The furniture is very outdated and dirty, especially in the bathroom (curtains, floor, old tub, cutting your skin, broken tiles, old toilet, wall with fungus). Very dirty and mismatched kitchen utensil including dishes. Not enough pots and pans. The rooms are very noisy and small. The Internet has never worked, despite our questioning.

Pleasant and good surface area but understaffed and decor outdated. No dishwasher. Strict minimum for cooking; no stove
