The rental is not as advertised. The sofa-bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on, it’s split in the middle so functions only as a single bed - not a double as advertised. There was no mattress topper which would have make it more suitable. The fitted sheets need replacing, as do the pillows. Kitchen utensils were unclean. Basic self-catering provisions eg salt & pepper aren’t provided. Customer service were professional. The inadequacies were at first understated to reduce compensation.

We have rented more apartments and campsites, but never as bad as this one... We had the old sheets waiting in the drawer. Apartment wasn't completely cleaned. In the kitchen not everything was complete and cleaned. Glass talked and used cigarettes on the balcony. Crank rod from the shutters was broken (someone repaired it with paper...). Entrance door very sticky. Bed too loud and uncomfortable. The neighbors are rude. They just want money but they renov

I took the train up to Villars and loved it. There is a cow stable next to the ski lodge and the cows grazing up on the hill. As far as the room, the view was fantastic, the location was good, and the little kitchenette was adequate. My only complaint is that the bed is a sofa-bed, so not as comfortable as some. Still a great trip.

Noisy: tiling work in apartment no. 15 next to mine (14). A visit from the maintenance team had to be requested: studio which had to be used because toilets were dirty, toilet paper roll practically empty, used cup placed in the sink...dusty furniture...

The balcony is the highlight of this apartment. The bed has to be folded out every evening, otherwise there is hardly any space in the apartment.

The drawers of the bed and furniture were dusty we could not put our things there. The beds are very hard it would take thicker mattresses to cushion the wooden bed bases, we did not sleep well. The view is magnificent and the studio ideally placed near the train station.
