The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. In the summer months there is very good cross-ventilation so that the apartment is comfortable even on the hottest days. We would have appreciated comfortable seating on the balcony (such as a chaise longue) because there are only a bench and hard chairs on the balcony. Also the hair dryer is old and makes odd noises so tenants should bring their own. But those are minor details. Very nice place to stay!

The basic quality of the apartment is good, but the furniture, lamps have clearly seen better times. Simply not up to the rental price level.
