Good location of the holiday apartment. Very nice interior, close to Bretaye railway.

- the electrical appliances are all as old as the building (20 years) - the dishwasher is hardly usable, so you wash the dishes yourself from the start because you are quicker and can save yourself the hassle - the oven still gives off some heat, many functions are broken - the refrigerator is an icebox, the goods in it freeze It's a shame that no investment has been made in this beautiful apartment. With these rental prices, this is to be expected.

We loved our stay in this very nice performance apartment. On the other hand, serious maintenance is necessary: Defective shower Bathtub needs to be renovated. Crazy microwave doesn't work. Main oven does not work well (faulty convection) generally things are poorly washed and the cleaning leaves a little to be desired. Very dusty and all the kitchen items were dirty. We washed everything to improve our stay. Otherwise very good.
