Unfortunately, a lot of it is outdated. But the great view is worth a lot. oil

The view can be much better if the trees on the other side of the road are cut down. Now you have to kind of look past it and therefore the house does not fully live up to its potential.

The bedrooms are good, the living room is totally cluttered. The kitchen and the bathroom are lower standard. And the driveway is an impertinence due to several construction sites.

A very sweet house with a fantastic view of Lake Geneva. Would rent the house again.

By choosing this villa, we chose the location more than the building, but we had both, despite some trees on a neighboring plot, the view from the terrace is breathtaking. As a residence managed by an official body, all occupants are entitled to a Riviera Card which gives free access to all public transport in the Riviera area. And given the (relative) proximity of the two funicular stops, Suffice to say that we have greatly benefited from it.

very nice place, very comfortable beds, nice house but unfortunately the oven in the kitchen was broken, a shame because the restaurants were all closed due to covid, and the television we did not have the password to operate it and after the list all the channels are in German, and the towels provided were sorely lacking in softener

Above Chardonne and the vineyards, charming little village, magnificent view. All the glazing has been redone but the rest has aged. Despite everything, there is a soul in this little house which must have been well inhabited.

We enjoyed our vacation in this big enough house and felt comfortable. A few shortcomings should be mentioned: hedges and trees too high for a good view of the lake, 2nd bathroom more like a laundry room, very bad smell from the drain, ok for low demands, hardly any free space in the whole house for your own clothes and supplies, as there are all closets Overcrowded, very steep climb up to the funiculair, not suitable for the disabled, elderly or pregnant

Functional division, absolutely quiet location. Suitable location to explore north shore.

Great house with everything you need. Everything was according to the description! Beautiful view.

We really enjoyed our stay

Beautiful cottage situated in a beautiful location with breathtaking views over Vevey and Lac Léman. A short distance from the mountain train (with free parking spaces) that takes you less than 20min. to the valley where every 5 min. buses are waiting for you to take you anywhere in the city or to the lac. Because the organization is affiliated with the local tourist office, you can get a pass for every traveling member by filling in papers, among other things. free bus/tram traffic and (50%) discounts on many other things in and around the city (museums, boat, train etc) - a must for those who want to explore a lot locally because you save a lot of money.
