This was our first visit to Switzerland and Zermatt. The Casa Pia apartment’s location gave us fantastic views of the Matterhorn each morning. It was spectacular. It’s quiet and removed from the hustle of the town. It is easy to reach by cab or bus, although, the bus was out of service during our stay. Walking, while not far, has a steep hill. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean.

The overall impression was dingy. Should be taken out of the offer. A quick clean is not enough. Even a simple two-star accommodation should be clean and inviting. The view of the Mattererhorn doesn't help either.

The accommodation is ideally placed to enjoy stunning views of the Matterhorn. No vis-à-vis, terrace and hiking departures nearby made the stay a very good stay.

Small very functional studio a little old and a little dark, simply furnished and correct bedding Ideal for single person or 2. with view of the Matterhorn from the terrace. Friendly and professional customer service.

The apartment was dirty in terms of bugs like spiders in the closets and earwigs in the bathroom, closets and floor. In addition, the drains in the sink and in the shower were clogged. We found a plastic plug in a kitchen cupboard with which we could then use pressure and vacuum to remove the blockages. Due to the pressure or negative pressure, a large amount of contamination came to light. .. Do tenants have to pay for this?

We stayed there for 17 nights over Christmas and New Years Eve. Nice Studio with a small terrace and stunning view of the Matterhorn. Bus stop, Bakery and Restaurants next to the house.

The cupboards as well as the apartment were filled with cobwebs and cobwebs. The carpet in the sleeping area is in a terrible state. The small terrace and the view of the Matterhorn allowed us to make our holiday acceptable.

Super accommodation in the future I will only book there in Zermatt, the best view I had in 20 years of Zermatt holidays!
