Very well-appointed apartment, with everything you need. Clean. 2 independent bedrooms with integrated bathroom and toilet (basement) and separate on the ground floor. Well located geographically. Good for family, friends. Accessibility problem (steep spiral staircase to the downstairs bedroom. Staircase to the kitchen. Ground floor bedroom with step, bed takes up a lot of space and high cupboards. Cupboards and microwave high in the kitchen)

Nice and functional apartment. However, we were unable to use the master bedroom because the spiral staircase with small steps did not have a handrail that was essential for us. The shower on the upper level has a drainage problem that caused overflows in the apartment
