Simple accommodation, a bit dated but great location

Unfortunately, in 2023 a house was built directly in front of the holiday apartment, which on the one hand blocks the view of the beautiful mountains, and on the other hand significantly reduces the size of the playground. The apartment is about a 7-minute walk from the village center. It is a good starting point. The apartment has most things (spices, etc.).

Grächen is a great town, as it has everything you need to be able to enjoy all of Switzerland. The only drawback that we have seen is that it is at the top of the town and it was uncomfortable to get there every day, especially the first day with suitcases. They could put an electric car for the whole first day. The owner was aware of us at all times and was great. The decoration of the room a bit old and the pillows too low for my taste. Otherwise well

Good value for money and facilities. Quiet location. Good wifi. The information on booking.com is totally inadequate. min. The following information is missing: - The house is in a car-free zone. - Information on parking, costs, luggage transport, ski depots, etc. would make arrival less stressful. - Key holder could not be reached. We had to identify the apartment based on photos - the second room was not integrated into the apartment (unsuitable for families with small kids)

We had a very pleasant stay in this chalet located a little away from the village, and with a magnificent view, the apartment is very spacious and rather well equipped. Our only regret is one of the bedrooms separated from the apartment by a corridor accessible by all the other tenants of the chalet, and we regretted the lack of basic equipment in the kitchen, as well as the stoves in very poor condition.
