When we arrived a spider was waiting for us, cobwebs all over the stone wall and towards the television, the broken blinds and missing slats, the terrace not cleaned and a musty smell. Lady from the agency very unpleasant on Thursday, fortunately her colleague on Friday was adorable. No storage in the master bedroom, poorly assembled children's beds, master bedroom chandelier loose. Basic agency without real service and listening to its customers.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The blinds in the bedroom and main sitting room need mending or replacing, however, there are external shutters to keep the light out. The parking could have been a little closer, but you can off-load your luggage at the start and finish of your stay by the chalet. Overall, it had everything we needed.

Apartment as described. Well equipped kitchen with utensils. Only downside are the doors that do not close easily and make a lot of noise. Otherwise very good! I recommend.
