The location is superb, with a beautiful view and a typical chalet, but there is a serious lack of maintenance. Mold in the bathroom, faulty lamps, damaged decor... it would only take a little work to make it really pleasant. But the Interhome office on site is always very helpful, friendly, and available. This is important and improves the rating.

Chalet and village at the top! Pros: very beautiful quiet chalet, shops and restaurants nearby, numerous and well-marked hiking and walking trails. Cons: the dilapidated bathroom and sofa. Better mattress protection is needed.

The apartment was very big for the price. Everything was perfectly furnished and there. The disadvantage is that without a car the apartment is a 25 minute walk from the center, but there is a beautiful walking path along the Salintse into the village.

The house is in dire need of renovation. Bathroom has a lot of mold and furniture in living room is very old and dirty. The shed at the house is bulging with junk that has been thrown in it. Clearly there is a lack of TLC here which this house would deserve considering the top location.

Nice chalet in a quiet area, a little old-fashioned but warm. On the other hand, the sofa and the armchairs in the living room should really be replaced. They are terribly uncomfortable, stiff, worn and too small. Impossible to relax on that. But quality-price level, I am satisfied.

The Interhome agency receives a very good! The warm and friendly team delivers excellent service! Unfortunately, the apartment and thus the beds, dishes, etc. were totally cold when we arrived. Turning up the heating one day before the holiday guests arrive would not be a luxury in autumn...

Hello, Our little stay went very well at the chalet Les Frênes. The apartment is nice and very well equipped and clean but we assume it hadn't been occupied for some time before we arrived as the spiders had made their home and their "feasts" there.

Nice well renovated apartment. All the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. Only downside, the first evening there were tenants in the apartment above who partied quite late. Very poorly insulated. Fortunately, the rest of the week we were alone in the chalet. So it was perfect.

The apartment is actually very nice and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped and actually has everything. When we arrived, the apartment was not heated and it took us about 2 days to feel comfortable in the apartment. Remark from the agency not very friendly, we could have used the fireplace. When we arrived there was no wood. In the price range one could have expected a heated apartment. TV only one German program. Upholstery group very small and uncomfortable.
