The apartment stank so badly of stale smoke that all the clothes and towels took on that smell. Furthermore, the heating could not be regulated, although it was on zero, the radiators were warm and the room temperature was 23 degrees in the morning - much too warm! The oven was in a dangerously broken state and the socket and light in the kitchenette should not be used. The ladder of the bunk bed is attached centrally, ie getting in and out is only laborious
