Grives Apartment 2 Nendaz, Valais

Plus -very well situated, ~100 m from the chair lift -comfortable bedding -two bathrooms (top one is quite small) -well equipped and nicely decorated -large balcony with a nice view -good WiFi Minus -ski storage hard to access & was flooded when we rented -75 steps outdoors to reach apartment -mezzanine open to the living area (no door) and has very low ceilings -all pillows/comforters are down (for allergic people) -a little small for 8 people (we were 6) -mattress are 200 cm long, not 190 cm

Good location, nice apartment, attention head!

Very nice accommodation, the most complicated thing is to climb the steps to access it!

Unfortunately, the apartment was not handed over to us and there was also no acceptance at the end, no support, so we found out a lot of things much too late. On the 1st day we had to take a cold shower because we didn't know that you had to let the warm water run for 10 minutes so that it came up the mountain. There are 75 steps to the apartment. We had to ask twice so that defective light bulbs were replaced and no matter how long and how many people, there was only a small garbage bag. Bad to ventilate.

Clean, tidy apartment. Possibly bring your own cooking utensils, especially a frying pan. Otherwise well equipped.

During the entire stay the underfloor heating was defective, as compensation a 2KW electric heater was provided which, when we were in the apartment, ran permanently to dry the clothes etc.

Very pleasant house. all equipment available that is necessary. The directions to the house and the ski room could be more precise.

Clean accommodation with actually everything you need. But for 8 adults it would have been too small for us. There were four of us and it was perfect. I would recommend it for a maximum of 6 people. Very close to the lift. It's better to buy in bulk in the valley, it's cheaper there. You can ski right up to the house, which is very convenient. Very dog friendly area with a great walking path within walking distance. But spikes are recommended.

Nice apartment. However, many lamps were broken and heating fluctuated. Stairs to the apartment was a lot of snow.
