Ringstrasse (Utoring) Apartment 22

We come every year to the same apartment its always good quality the kitchen is a little dated but we like it as is. Leukerbad has not got a huge ski area however the spas are great and it suits us as a family of skier’s non-skiers. The apartment block is directly below the main cable car with a set of steep stairs behind it to reach the cable car station. The concierge cleared the car park of snow early in the morning for us to allow us to get away.

Basically, the location of the accommodation - right next to the gondola to Torrent - is great for sports holidays. The apartment itself is also great in terms of location. However, it would be more than appropriate to replace the kitchen or at least the kitchen appliances (fridge, extractor fan). The freezer compartment is dripping and the steam vent hasn't worked for years!!!! You could also invest in the bathroom.

The location of the apartment is very good, but the apartment is now showing its age - especially the kitchen and bathroom could do with a gentle renovation. A new extractor fan would definitely be needed in the kitchen. Depending on what is being cooked, the whole apartment stinks. A replacement of the toilet would also be recommended.

We've been in Utoring for a few years now. Every year the apartment becomes more expensive and every year the old kitchen in this apartment falls apart more. The dirty oven doesn't close properly and this time the kitchen is really sticky. 4 of the 7 plates of each type were broken. We reported this and cleaned a lot ourselves. We will be back next year but in a different apartment hoping to find it cleaner and more modern. Because we actually like to come to you.

Again we spent a nice week in Leukerbad. Also this year we were in the same apartment as for a few years. Everything is available and we feel very comfortable there! We will definitely be back!
