Very pleasant stay, quiet in a magnificent landscape, residence very well located in the village of Zinal, very easy access to the ski slopes. Very practical parking and elevator, ski storage also. Interior of the accommodation pretty, modern and functional. A very refreshing week. We will come back.

We lacked hooks to hang kitchen linen, bath towels, and to hang clothes in the hallway. The wifi was poor! Other than that everything was very good!

For the price, the quality must be improved: - the ventilation in the ski and boot lockers did not work - the concrete stairs between the buildings are in very poor condition... between the stairs there is a large puddle of water, which freezes at night

It is always a great pleasure to spend time at the Swisspeak Zinal! We will come back to it, especially hoping to find a more comfortable sofa in the living room that will be less tired than that of our last stays!

Unfortunately, the shower was not clean and there was a very unpleasant smell from the shower drain. "Stink" We complained to the front desk, unfortunately nothing was done. otherwise we were very satisfied with our holiday accommodation.

A great apartment, very well equipped, with everything you need! New, modern and cozy, just like in pictures. Nice and clean bed linen including towels. Initial equipment such as toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, 4 Nespresso capsules, tea, sugar, sponge, tea towels, rubbish bag... everything is there for the first day. We will book the apartment again next winter for a week!

We were there for the second time and will come back a third time. The apartments are cozy, warm, well equipped. Only there are too few possibilities to hang something (ski clothes, towels) or the hooks in the bathroom are too big for the hangers of the towels.

Spacious and well soundproofed apartment. Quiet place. Ideal place for holidays with children. Small toboggan run next door with treadmill. Well equipped kitchen. However, there are a few bars for drying towels.

Pay attention to the hot water which was rather lukewarm whether for the shower or the kitchen. When it's -11C, after a day of skiing, you appreciate a good hot shower. We were 6 people in the apartment and from the first to the last, we showered with lukewarm water. In the kitchen, the water was not hot enough either.

Accommodation is very nice. Unfortunately, the staff only speaks French or English and was not very helpful. The fireplace next to the window is a bit annoying and sometimes tastes very good.

When we booked, we were not aware that the apartment has neither a balcony nor a terrace, as the picture of the two houses with balconies is always shown everywhere... but 3 houses have no balconies! The apartment was otherwise actually ok, but completely unsuitable for summer holidays because of a dark hole in the basement! In the summer you want to be able to go outside...! Too bad.
