Beautiful apartment block "Sierra Vista", 4 storeys, built in 1998. In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the skiing area, on a main road. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). Communal covered parking (extra). Shop 200 m, grocery, restaurant 100 m, café 200 m, bus stop 100 m. Gondola lift, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school 200 m, children's playground 500 m.

Location Description Grächen

1'620 - 2'860 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, family-friendly, car-free holiday resort with 1'300 inhabitants, on a plateau, in an idyllic position with beautiful view, 24 km south from Visp. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre at 8 km. Access: road Visp - St.Niklaus - Grächen. Access via a mountain road. Access by train Visp - Zermatt. Railway station "St.Niklaus" 8 km. Sports centre with tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton, climbing wall and table tennis.

Summer

Tennis. Minigolf. Fitness course. 250 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground. "Kneipp" garden on lake Graechner. "Robis" children's playground with roundabout, swings, Indian village, tree houses, giant slide etc. Ravensburger play path.

Winter

Ski-region Grächen. 2 cable cabins, 3 chair lifts, 8 drag lifts. 13 ski runs, total length 42 km (16 % easy, 78 % intermediate, 6 % difficult), halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 6 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 25 km. 1 toboggan run (long 3 km). Natural ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre. Further ski-regions: Zermatt at 25 km, Saas Fee at 30 km.

Con la mia famiglia ho trascorso una settimana presso questo splendido appartamento. L’appartamento è super accessoriato, spazioso e molto ben pulito; il letto matrimoniale e il divano-letto sono molto confortevoli. L’appartamento è situato a pochi passi dal centro e dall’ovovia.

Woning was schoon. Wel aan de kleine kant, weinig ruimte om spullen op te slaan. Inrichting kan beter, gedateerd en rommelig. Met name een fatsoenlijke bank of stoel zou fijn zijn. Terras was ok. Hier ook graag een paar fijne tuinstoelen. Terras stond verder vol met oude banken met vieze kussens e.d. Gastvrouw heel aardig. Spreekt helaas geen engels. Jammer dat de parkeerkosten van 10 Fr per dag niet beter worden vermeldt tijdens boeking. Lijkt te gaan om optie, maar je hebt geen keuze

Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend für.ein Pärchen. Super Lage. Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen in Kprze erreichbar. Besonders geeignet für Feriengäste die mit dem ÖV kommen. Hilfreiche Betreuung vor Ort.

Für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Einrichtung sehr gut. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet und hat auch eine grosse Terrasse, welche zur Erholung nach einem langen Ausflug einläd. Küchenutensilien sind alle vorhanden. Die Betten sind gemütlich. Nur die Couch ist etwas ungemütlich. Wir haben für die 4 Nächte noch einen Garagenplatz dazu gemietet, welcher auch einen schnellen und kurzen Zugang zur Wohnung hat. Insgesamt Top!
