Yuca B Apartment 2

Location that needs a good refresh. Quite old fashioned for our taste. A little expensive for what it offers. The only positive points are the parking, the view and the bedding.

The apartment and inventory (30 years) is getting old and should be renewed because the wear and tear is great with so many holiday guests with dogs

Comfortable, spacious and well-equipped apartment, despite not very modern furniture. It is very well located (close to the ski shuttles, close to the funicular and 15 mins walk from a grocery store) and the environment is quiet.

We spent an excellent fortnight in this well-equipped and well-located apartment. There is a very pleasant terrace and the kitchen equipment has been renewed, probably following previous comments.

Large, well designed, bright apartment, in nature but not far from the center and shops. Large and wide terrace with good outdoor furniture .... very significant. . The interior comfort of use is clearly insufficient, particularly the kitchen equipment. Very clearly below the INTERHOME standard. - no hair dryer. - no small dip, no tweezers, no other possibility of airing clothes! - insufficient light on the table. - decorative light in the living room area (impossible to read) and dim yellow light in the bedroom (flashlight required to see in the wardrobe). - 2nd bedroom: locked cupboards, impossible to put things away or put things down, dirty laundry in the laundry pouf, top of the cupboard occupied with old items up to the ceiling! . - in the kitchen, (very difficult to cook...) - 4-5 very old pans, very domed with Teflon cracked everywhere! - all the saucepans are very old with very domed simple bottoms up to 5 mm. - the steamer is 1st generation, i.e. approx. 60 years old!!! - no dishes, no salad bowls for 3-4 people, no small plates or saucers, only 3 medium-sized coffee cups, the service is done with tablespoons! .With a little goodwill from the owner and respect for the tenants, this apartment could be upgraded to INTERHOME standard at a lower cost!! .

It was another wonderful stay at Yuca B. Only a shower curtain in the bathroom would be useful.

Apartment well designed and equipped with everything you need. Decoration a bit dated (could easily be updated at little cost) but the whole is warm and clean. Comfortable beds for a relaxing vacation. The place is quiet and well located. We had a very good stay there and recommend this rental.
