Terraced house "Moncalme", 2 storeys. Above Crans, in the district of Plans-Mayens 2.5 km from the centre of Crans, in a quiet position, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden (not fenced) with lawn. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying room. Steep motor access to the house, except in winter 50 m. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km. Skisport facilities 2.7 km. Hiking paths: Bisse du Roh 300 m. Please note: car recommended.
