It was our first time there. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Great apartment, everything clean. Dogs welcome. Great location!! It's just a shame that the restaurant in the hotel was closed. But that doesn't matter. We will definitely come back.

We had wonderful and relaxing holidays in Vercorin! We would recommend the house at any time. The equipment is great, the apartments are very modern and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We will be back...

Extremely great accommodation! Starting with the service, multilingual here, everything was regulated perfectly! The wellness/spa area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. We would love to come back and can only recommend you.

We stayed three days (two nights) in the Vercorin complex. Hotel staff and infrastructure are top notch. The staff is welcoming and competent. The building and furnishings are new, clean and plush. The Bistrot restaurant is pleasant, but the kitchen closes quickly if there are no customers. They refused to serve us at 8:30 p.m., this is not in keeping with the standard of the complex.

The proximity to the gondola was great! First ascent, lunch in the apartment and last valley descent - perfect!

The 3 room apartment was perfect, very clean, cozy and functional for 4 people. Ideal location opposite the cable cars. Restaurant the Bistro very good and very warm welcome. We recommend without hesitation.

The only thing that bothered us were the prices in the restaurant and that the menu was not in DE or EN. Unfortunately, it's not really a family-friendly restaurant, although everything else is geared towards families. We thought that was a shame

There are no accessories for drying ski clothes in the apartment. The bunk bed is not secure enough

For the 5th year we have booked into the residence because so far we have enjoyed our stay very much. But this year we were initially unpleasantly surprised by the price at reservation. And then, disappointed by the apartment which was smaller than the previous ones, with a poor view and very noisy (overlooking the street and opposite a residence with ski camps...).

It's a pity that the alarm was triggered in the spa and nobody reacted to it, or the alarm could not be switched off by guests. Unfortunately I couldn't go to the sauna that evening.

Spacious and well designed apartments. The bed mattresses are too hard.

When we arrived, we noticed a small problem with a leak under the sink in the bathroom and the next morning the problem was solved with great efficiency and as always the staff is always very friendly!!! Thank you for this lovely week!

A beautiful, cozy place. Everything was perfect. Very good bedding. It was our 2nd stay in your establishment and we will come back with great pleasure.

Everything was perfect. We did not take salt or pepper with us and it is true that if they had been available in the room it would have been an added comfort. :)

We have been to the Swisspeak Resort Vercorin for the sixth time and have always been very satisfied. The apartments are very well furnished and the location is very convenient right at the valley station to the ski area. For the first time we had an apartment with a view of the gondola lift and the loud music from the bar outside really bothered us. On the 1st day about 6 hours and on the 2nd day about 4 hours. A little rest was out of the question. The apartments facing the inner courtyard or at the back towards the street were much quieter.

Everything was perfect. The only downside was the room temperature. Much too hot. We put the thermostats on zero and it didn't change much.

Clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything is well organized and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The online advance check-in was easy and time-saving. Great location, right next to the gondola lift and just a few steps to the grocery store. the accommodation is highly recommended!

The apartment was comfortable, modern, very well equipped, it just lacked a balcony or terrace to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings!

Great holiday accommodation in great surroundings with very friendly people. Only the beds weren't that great (creaking, uncomfortable mattresses) and the WiFi was very slow and had to be constantly re-registered.

Very well located near the gondola, the staff is very pleasant and the apartments are very well designed. The restaurant offers a good menu and the service is fast.

The residence is modern and yet it fits elegantly into the historic village. Clean, well-kept and quiet even though it is right next to the gondola station. Central, only a few meters to the most important shops and restaurants. The residence is top positioned with a bar, restaurant, kids room, SPA and wellness

Modern and warm apartment next to the cable cars, extremely well equipped (garage, ski room, spa, restaurant/bar, children's playroom, etc.) with impeccable service.

Everything was as expected...simply good!

Really great accommodation in the best location. Mountain railway just opposite, market and bakery within walking distance. It is a pity that tickets cannot be sold at the reception. Also worth mentioning is the loan service for cheese fondue & raclette sets - in good condition!

We spent a very nice week in this residence. Despite the difficulties of the Coronavirus which prevented us from taking full advantage of the mountain restaurants or the village, fortunately in the residence we could ask and sit with a well-stocked table. The spaces for skis are really the best.

At the foot of the gondola you couldn't be better placed and everything is (very well) done for skiers. In short, I recommend. The only downside is that you have to remember to take everything with you into the apartment, including hand soap.

The apartment was of a high standard and well equipped. Complex with spa (little frequented because low season) located in the center of the village near a food store. Friendly welcome and staff.
