Good in general but be careful not to let the building deteriorate, eg our shower was in poor condition, and there was a smell similar to that of a garbage can in the room.

Everything was good - so much so that we expected more hotel services - for example, a change of towels at least once a week would be good. Also, the checkout in the form of changing the sheets and additional cleaning was non-standard, but it is understandable.

Best location in the immediate vicinity of the Tele Vercorin valley station. You can leave your vehicle in the garage and you don't need a shuttle bus.

The apartment is very nice with a wonderful view of the valley. The kitchen is well laid out and equipped with everything you need. It is a pity that there is no radio and no radio program can be received via the TV. For guests from German-speaking Switzerland, it is a bit tedious that the German channels had to be selected again and again via the TV Guide and the language. Compliance with the sauna rules must be checked and offending guests reprimanded.

We had a great time. Too bad the ski room is not heated. As the week progressed, the shoes became more and more damp... there was too much humility in the room. Finally Very appreciated also to have been able to accommodate our pet.

The apartment was quiet, comfortable and well furnished. Everything we needed was there (apart from 2 missing pan lids). The gondola and ski rental were right next door. There is also a lockable cupboard for each apartment where you can store skis, ski boots and helmets. Top! Vercorin itself is very original. We will come back.

New residence, very well located, with spa, 2 steps from the gondola and 3 steps from the center of the charming village of Vercorin. Everything is fine except for the dirty laundry carts that are constantly lying around in front of the elevators. We had a 2-room apartment with a view of the valley which was perfect, but beware some apartments overlook a small road on the ground floor and for these the level of privacy is close to zero, people pass in front of your window…

Stay said to "the hotel" while it is an apartment like home where you have to do everything yourself. No bathrobes/towels for the spa, no toiletries in the room. No services, no breakfast. Far too expensive for a lack of services and customer relations. The customer must be king and treated well. Disappointed with this type of accommodation!

The only thing that bothered us was that dogs were allowed everywhere, especially in the hallway there was dog hair, our shoes and socks were full of dog hair. Various construction defects: but only a specialist noticed them.

The apartment and the kitchen are very well equipped. The place is very quiet (you can sleep with the window open). We were able to take advantage of the spa every day (a bit of a shame, however, that we had to keep our swimsuits in the sauna). The restaurant is also very good, service with a smile and fast. Only the television was a bit below our expectations (the channel change is very slow) All in all a very pleasant holiday!

The resort is beautifully surrounded by sun and mountains. The room was very modern and quiet. The location is ideal for hiking and skiing trips. A gondola lift is right next to it. Parking is available.

This residence was great for our first stay in Vercorin and we were delighted! Located close to the center of the village with various shops and next to the cable car. The welcome is warm. The residence has several spaces to satisfy the whole family: sauna, games for children, bar and restaurant, there is something for everyone. The nicely decorated apartment is very clean and well equipped, good bedding. Only downside: the heating was excessive; even off, it was too hot.

Super well appointed apartment at all levels. Large shower Large screen, many channels in French including mysports. Personal lockers for skis, boots, helmet etc. At the foot of the Vercorin gondola. What fun. Only one remark: the site does not mention that there are restrictions for going to the sauna, jacuzzi etc. it is not free access, it is limited in number of people and by reservation only.

Quality and well-equipped apartments. A very pleasant SPA area. The staff very welcoming and helpful. The only regret is the lack of rigor towards other customers who did not respect the COVID measures (especially in terms of wearing a mask), because at the restaurant, the staff clearly and kindly warned non-resident customers that they was not possible to consume in the establishment. I highly recommend this establishment ;-)

It's a shame that the people at reception don't want to speak German! The reservation in the restaurant/in the back part was all white and we were put in the corner with the children, well that's not exactly hospitable. The apartment was well equipped and very modern. But even since the shower wasn't cleaned.

We stayed two days in a 2 and a half room apartment. The accommodation is new, very well arranged and has all the necessary equipment. The wood/stone construction, furniture, decoration, household appliances and sanitary facilities are of excellent quality! Frankly absolutely nothing to complain about except maybe the mattresses, a little too soft for my taste (but it's a matter of taste). Very warm welcome and staff!

3 nights for 4 people or 2 children 2 adults 37m2 a sofa bed for children for CHF 600.00. The attractive offer for paying billiards children. No reception, an apartment without a garden with two windows, that's all. Too bad for Switzerland which is the host country. No reception on Sunday, we manage for the TV and the internet which do not work... on Wednesday, the day of departure, no one for Check out. Gorgeous isn't it?
