Carpe Diem Blatten Bei Naters, Valais

As 4 over-sixties we arrived last week packed with four large suitcases from the taxi above carpe Diem. No path nor an earlier old path so we started digging. First afternoon three hours so that we could get into the house, next morning three hours to the road below. We had the feeling that no one had been there for weeks. Fortunately we were early because we had booked an extra night at the border, otherwise we would never have managed to get into this house by the evening!!! The house is fine for two adults and two children. Second bedroom not suitable for adults. When the owner cleans a path to the road beforehand, it's okay, it seems more like a summer house than a winter residence....
