The apartment is on a slope and you have a nice view. The decor is modern and everything is renovated. It has almost everything you need. Only the equipment such as Detergent for the washing machine or at least a second kitchen towel would be useful. Something like kitchen paper is also missing. So you have to buy some things yourself.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and well maintained, great furnishings! Everything was great!! The only drawback is the garbage disposal! Couldn't find a garbage can!!!

We really liked the Casa Conti apartment. The apartment is very well equipped, modern and very well maintained and clean. We felt very comfortable and nothing was missing. We can recommend the apartment without hesitation and gladly.

Very spacious, practical apartment, elegantly modern. Recently renovated everything from Ikea. All kinds of equipment. induction cooker. Ideally located near Locarno, beautiful view. Parking directly in front of the house. Bath/shower very nice, with washing machine and dryer. Everything was perfect, but the vacuum cleaner battery wasn't enough for the whole apartment. A potty/toilet attachment for small children would be desirable.

Arrival and departure awkward. Maggia can only be reached on the other side of the river. Noisy because of the street and train below. 1 hiking trail 20m simply exaggerated. Stony, narrow path only for the fit.

The apartment is fine. The only small point...is the tiling on the floor which marks easily. Example: I pull a chair...it will leave a small trace. But which fades so quickly. Nice view from above on the Maggia. You can walk with your dog along the Maggia...it's great!

The accommodation is newly renovated and very nicely furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped, ideal for cooking yourself. We liked it very much. Shops are on foot in about 15. reachable.

The apartment is beautiful, newly renovated, spacious and bright. We were 4 people between 8 and 74 years old and the apartment is ideal for everyone. I might have wished for curtains and carpets as the apartment is resonant and would have made everything sound a bit more muted. But then it will probably be a little more difficult with cleanliness. All in all, absolutely GREAT and we would love to come back.

The apartment was extremely beautiful and modern. It leaves nothing to be desired - we felt very comfortable. The beds are also incredibly comfortable. You can be in Locarno and Ascona in no time. We would book the apartment again immediately if we go back to Ticino.

Spacious and modern accommodation. Very well located, 10 minutes by car from the beach and the center of Ascona. Parking space just in front of the accommodation. Terrace a bit small for a family.
