We really enjoyed the week. The form we had to sign was a deterrent because of the noise. But there have been no complaints. The fridge was a bit too small for 8 people, since all the drinks had to be chilled. But what was really annoying were the many ants, especially in the kitchen area. The fact that you still had to vacuum the whole house and at the same time had to leave the house at 9.30 a.m. was pretty sporty. Otherwise it was good.

The house is very nice, the location is great and it has everything you need. I can only recommend it. The local agency was also very helpful and friendly. We had a storm one day, so the pool was dirty - a short phone call and the caretaker came the next day and cleaned the pool for us. Top service.

Beautiful, large house with many amenities. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, loggias and land. Perfect for a holiday with coziness, tranquility but many excursion possibilities. The location is great! Room with enough storage space and somewhat soft box spring beds. Unfortunately there is an ant problem - we had to empty a number of spray cans, but this is only superficially & temporarily solved. It is a pity that certain renovations (floor coverings/shower joints/kitchen splash guard) have been made a little ugly.

The house offers enough space and comfort for 10 people. It is very tastefully furnished and perfectly equipped. We felt very comfortable. The form, which has to be signed before arrival and reminds you to remain calm and decency, is a bit daunting.

Good alternative to spend relaxing days with family. Beautiful well-kept older property. Impact noise rather moderate, so you have to know each other well. we liked it A bit stingy when it comes to things like kitchen towels, etc.

Beautiful, large house with pool, terraces and a super nice view. The area is also very nice and connected to public transport. The house was clean and we felt very comfortable. We had to sign a form regarding noise, which I don't know. But there were no problems on site and we were 9 people. Despite the cleaning fee, the house must be vacuumed and swept clean. Otherwise highly recommended!

We were a party of 8 adults and there was plenty of space. Kitchen and dining room well equipped with pans, china, cutlery and glasses. Stunning views from the back of the villa over the lake and mountains, however reaching the villa up the steep winding road from Minusio took some getting used to! Can recommend (if you are a group of adults).

We have enjoyed a lovely week in this villa. The garden is beautiful with palm trees and many plants. No view of the neighboring houses. Toilet in the basement is actually not usable, much too narrow. Rather not suitable for small children, as there is a deep ravine on one side. An outdoor shower by the pool is missing!

TOP HOLIDAY HOUSE! It was newly renovated and we were the first. The kitchen had all the equipment, a new grill and various kitchen appliances. In the morning you could enjoy the sunrise on the terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. Unfortunately there were only beach chairs and no sunshade on the terrace. Pool very pleasant and not too deep. Unfortunately, there are only 2 sun loungers by the pool. With a larger group, some will have to lie on the ground or use the adjustable garden chairs.
