Unfortunately, we did not receive the Ticino tickets promised in the booking. You informed us of this one day before departure. Our program was tailored to these Ticino tickets. As a result, we were only able to do a few of the activities. Driving in Lugano is very difficult. I demand a price reduction! The swimming pool was not ready.
