The terrace with its beautiful view of Lake Lugano is good. The 173 steps are tough... For the price, everything else, such as the outdated furniture, mattresses, kitchen and bathrooms/toilets, is not justified. Despite that, we settled in well and had a great time.

The terrace with its beautiful view of Lake Lugano is good to very good. We found the 173 steps quite a challenge. Everything else, such as the outdated furniture, mattresses, kitchen and bathrooms/toilets, is not justified for the price. In fact, considering that this has been pointed out for years and nothing has been renovated so far, it is a disgrace. Nevertheless, we settled in well there and had a great time. Unfortunately, you can hear the motorway quite clearly.

Had a lot of ants in the house, the floors weren't clean., also the sofa is creepy dirty.
