excellent welcome with beds already made and the necessary for the 1st breakfast. Nothing is missing in the apartment. The view is the best in Lugano. Too bad there is no air conditioning, especially on hot days. On the other hand, the noise from the work in the other buildings is a real noise nuisance.

The location and view were the only highlights of the studio. The parking lot and the bus are right in front of the house and the city can also be easily reached on foot. The entire facility, including the bathroom and kitchen, was less appealing - very retro, mostly old and many signs of wear.

The location is perfect for enjoying this amazing view of the lake and Monte San Salvatore from the balcony. Easily accessible by bus and a few minutes' walk. One can quickly walk into nature. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The balcony is furnished, the bathroom is top notch. The folding bed in the living room is comfortable. We recommend.

The vacation rental was clean. The shower hanger and shower head are old and could do with replacing. We received a friendly welcome.

The highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly the balcony with the unique view in all directions. The apartment itself is functional, practical and comfortably furnished. The location is perfect. Especially for those traveling by public transport, it is ideal that you can reach all places in Ticino thanks to the nearby bus connection to the center and to the train station of Lugano. I can only recommend the apartment. It was a relaxing stay.

I got to know the Utoring Castagnola 60 years ago when I was a little boy. And now I'm enjoying the advantages of the "Utoring principle" again: attractive, comfortable furniture, fold-away beds that, when folded, make a large living room possible during the day, great cleanliness, a warm welcome and farewell by the supervisor, and of course a sensational view!

We found the apartment clean. As an invitation, a sparkling wine was provided with glasses. I think it's great that the beds are already made up, so ready to sleep. The key handover and acceptance of the apartment was uncomplicated. As long as there is a bus in front of the house, it is suitable for seniors who do not come by car.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and, as always, were welcomed there in the best possible way and in a very friendly manner. (We would love to take the wonderful view of Lake Lugano and the surrounding area from the apartment home with us.)

The accommodation was great as always. I hope that we can come back next year and that the sun blinds have been patched. Maybe it would be a good idea if you got the bus timetable with the numbers and times when you arrive publicly.

We have been coming to the Utoringhaus for years and, as always, we were very satisfied this year. The apartment is nice and everything you need is there. Above all, the view is fantastic.
