Aldesago Monte Brè (Utoring) Apartment 29 Lugano, Ticino

Very nice and quiet location. Right next to the Mt. Bré railway. Apartment relatively clean. Balcony was not cleaned. Bed in the second room had a broken slatted frame. All beds had synthetic bedding - I didn't find that comfortable. Bathroom ventilation didn't work. Keys were handed over in the "office" and on the forecourt. Apartment was not aired on arrival, all shutters were closed. Management seemed disorganized. Children were disappointed that the pool was not cleaned and ready.

Everything looked much better in the photos. The apartment is very noisy. Mold stains in one room landlady very nice and accommodating.

Ventilation was excessively loud

Nice apartment with magnificent view. Enough room for a family of 6 even if the sofa bed is a little small for 2 adults, it is suitable for 2 children who rise early (since it is in the living room).

Very clean, practical, but tastefully furnished apartment. In a calm neighborhood. With an occupancy of 4 people, the balcony is tight. But there is a second larger shady seat. The roof terrace with the magnificent view of the lake and city and the shared pool make you forget every shortcoming.

The viewing terrace upgrades the complex well. Upgrading of the pool terrace/pool area would be necessary. 2nd key for apartment absolutely necessary. Exhaust air on terrace not resolved!
