Panorama Apartment 31 Lugano, Ticino

The facility is a bit old. The parking spaces for large cars rather unsuitable and very uncoordinated when allocating the parking spaces. Our apartment was furnished in the 70's. The kitchen would certainly not hurt a renovation. However, the bathroom has been renovated. Top location - the view is beautiful. The large balcony invites you to linger.

great apartment fully equipped. Very well maintained. We felt like we were on vacation even though we were there to work.

We were very happy with the accommodation. The furnishings are a bit older and functional, but the two terraces with a magnificent view and the good connection with the funicular and bus make up for everything. Check-in / check-out is easy, even if you arrive later.

Spacious and well appointed apartment. A magnificent view over the bay of Lugano, both from the living/dining room and from the balcony and the large private terrace of the apartment. Car recommended but also more than sufficient access to public transport (bus/funicular). Nice hike directly from the house on the side of Monte Brè to the Grotto and Brè sopra Lugano (2 km / 150 m drop), a small typical Ticino village decorated with many sculptures.

Beautiful quiet apartment where you could easily live there, very well laid out and maintained, nothing is missing. We really took advantage of the 2 panoramic terraces on the golf course of Lugano. Access is easy with the car, you can even take the funicular next to the house. We have very good memories of this stay in a magnificent region, to be recommended!

The view was just gorgeous. You almost felt at home in the apartment.

The facility is very nicely located. The view is unique. The apartment was well equipped and big enough for 4 people.

the holiday apartment is perfectly furnished, has a breathtaking view day and night, has 2 balconies that can be used optimally and is easy to reach with the monte bre train and with the public bus. it is close to various hiking trails. the price is proud, but justified. too bad it was too early in the year to be able to use the pool.

Very pleasant stay with magnificent view of Lugano and its surroundings. The accommodation was very good: spacious, clean and practical. On the other hand, .... Cold and minimalist on arrival. No info for departure: no one present at 10 a.m. (limit time)! It harms the rest, too bad.

Beautiful, simple apartment with 2 balconies with a fantastic view over Lugano. Quiet, bus and stop Monte Brè Bahn in the immediate vicinity.
