We found the view of the lake and Ascona fantastic! Well equipped and very clean kitchen. The various waste (glass, cardboard, etc.) can be conveniently disposed of in the garage. The bread roll service is also a plus. And of course the close walking distance to the center/Lungolago. Plenty of space for a family of four. Sofa bed was more comfortable than expected and ok for a week. The narrow access to the property and to the parking lot with a large car is a bit aggravating.

Everything was perfect. The apartment very spacious and comfortable. A breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the town of Ascona. A dream stay. The very friendly welcome.

Parking spaces too tight. Risk of damage very high. Especially when they are unsafe drivers. Location great view. Difficult ascent on foot for older people. Therefore, I will mention this point in recommendations. Otherwise everything OK.
