The apartment has everything you need. The beds are a bit narrow at 80x200 cm. The bedroom cannot be darkened sufficiently. In the living room, replacing the radio with a DAB radio would also be good. Otherwise, we were satisfied. The housekeeping service is very helpful and we were very satisfied with the bread delivery service.

The apartment is fantastically located above Ascona with a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. All rooms are very large, the large sofa in the living room is great. The small balcony is large enough to eat comfortably with a view of the Tenero. We'll be back!

Beautiful, bright apartment with a magnificent view. The center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Bread roll and drink service are very practical. (and organized in an uncomplicated way) Request for improvement: The guest can leave the dishwasher running on departure and travel. (at the moment the dishwasher has to be left empty.

Spacious and well furnished apartment with a view of Ascona and the lake. Ideal for 2 people. Sleeping accommodation for 3rd & 4th person on the sofa. Steep street or stairs from Ascona to the apartment. Tight parking spaces at the property.

I spent three very nice days in Ascona and the holiday apartment with my family. The view of the lake and mountains is just incredibly beautiful. The rooms are spacious, everything is in very neat, very good condition. But you should be prepared that there are no spices, oils or the like in the kitchen. Neither are bowls/bowls and no washing-up liquid either. Balconies and windows are not safe for children! You have to let windows and balcony doors.

wonderful view of the lake and Ascona. very quiet and relaxing. Warning, steep stairs to Ascona may not be suitable for the elderly or those with walking difficulties. The landlord should already offer a hair dryer, spices etc are also missing. Otherwise very good.
