Ascona: Modern house. Above Ascona, in the resort, 400 m from the centre, in the district Lago Maggiore, in a quiet position on a slope, 400 m from the lake. In the house: lift, central heating system. Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) on the premises, communal covered parking (extra). Shop, restaurant 400 m, railway station "Locarno-Muralto" 4 km, public bathing area 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 1 km. Please note: suitable for families, suitable for seniors. Additional accommodations can be booked. Minigolf 1 km. Via steep stairs and 5 minutes walk there is another public parking. Public car park in the centre.

Apartment very spacious, bright and great views. Pretty steep climb. Bread service and self-service fridge with drinks (beer + mineral water) were also great. Dogs are welcome in the apartment, but there is no cleaning opportunity in the immediate vicinity. Beds squeak with every turn. Very courteous staff

A rather large apartment with a beautiful view of the lake and the promenade. Only conditionally recommended for people with restricted mobility due to the steep ascent to the object.

The apartment leaves nothing to be desired: Wonderful view of the lake and the promenade, quiet location, within 10 minutes steeply downhill resp. 15-20 min. steep uphill walk to the lake promenade or Monte Verità, large rooms, two cozy balconies, good and comfortable furniture, well-equipped and functional kitchen, new and large bathroom, everything clean. A bit difficult to reach by car and the garage spaces are difficult to park for large and long cars.

Very pretty and spacious as well as practically furnished apartment, the view surpasses everything and in a few minutes you can walk to the promenade, to the lake - in the middle of Ascona.

+ Nice staff, great view, good decor, comfy beds, quiet location, everything you need is there (a microwave might be a plus), wifi worked well. -Va initially too cold in the apartment (we booked last minute, radiators in the bedroom too small), you can hear the neighbors well, burned out candles were still there, but that didn't bother us. In one corner of the living room there was a dark spot (mould?)

Spent a week in this apartment which was very spacious and located a short walk from the edge of the lake down a fairly steep street. Possibility every day to have the bakery for breakfast. Possibility of parking.

We liked it! We were welcomed and looked after very friendly by the two receptionists. The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. We didn't lack for anything. We found the location to be attractive. The footpath as well as the driveway is very steep. The height then offers a great view over Ascona and the lake. The only things worth mentioning are the improvised beds in the living room. But that was okay for us. Lovely again.

This apartment in the Palazzo Miralago is also super nice, spacious, clean, with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains. We found the mattress a bit hard, but otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

Beautiful apartment with magnificent view of the lake. Very friendly and helpful reception. Weak points of the rental: no hair dryer available, average wifi and insufficient choice of TV channels. However, we recommend this rental without hesitation!

Great view from the living room over the lower boulevard (about 200 steps) and the lake. Spacious, clean apartment with good amenities. Sandwich service and friendly receptionist present.

The view was very beautiful. House/apartment practical. Steep road for arrival or on foot. There is another staircase from the house to the lake. Parking wasn't easy. PP are intended only for small cars. We don't have a giant PW but a normal PW. The PP in the EH as well as outside were very tight. When allocating the PP, the size of the PW was not taken into account, but rather which PP belongs to which apartment. This is not ideal.
