Practically furnished and well located, I would book again. Especially ideal for groups, as the apartment has three practical rooms, each with two beds. The house is a bit noisy, but that didn't matter in this apartment (top floor). The building's insulation isn't that good either, but we were able to heat it warm enough.

Good location near the center of Ascona, the kitchen is well equipped (dishes, coffee maker) even washing-up liquid and garbage bags are available

Nice practical apartment. Are there for the 4th time and would love to come back. The kitchen needs to be refilled. Had no scissors, no measuring cup, only 3 coffee spoons and only a good kitchen knife (paring knife) (are all blurred). The grooves of the dining table were dirty and one chair was sticky and we didn't use the placemats as they were dirty. Otherwise we actually felt very comfortable and were satisfied.

No comfortable seating. Elevator ancient, an uncomfortable feeling, always afraid it will get stuck.

The location is very good, the view is moderate (house directly in front of the balcony, not visible in the pictures). But what bothered us the most is the deafness. You can even hear the people 2 floors below. The main problem is the entrance door, which is leaky and does not close properly.

The apartment was very clean, mattresses and pillows were new and very comfortable. Due to the central location, Migros, Coop, pharmacy, lake promenade were within walking distance in a few minutes. The kitchen was very well equipped, unfortunately there was no microwave. I missed a hairdryer in the bathroom and a floor mat in front of the apartment door. We'd love to come back.

Functional apartment, good location. A little noisy but otherwise great. Due to Covid-19 the office was not manned which made communication a bit difficult (mail) but worked just as well.

We were satisfied, but have to complain that smoking is allowed on the balconies. A neighbor among us smoked cigars regularly. With over 30 degrees, we were forced to keep the windows open in the evening, but the stench of the cigar regularly filled our apartment. We found that to be a real impertinence and should urgently be reconsidered and adapted to today's times.

The apartment was in tip-top order. Close to the Lido and the promenade. It's right under the roof: - no one looks in. - can get hot in summer. We liked her.
