The holiday home is cozy and clean inside. Everything is there. When we arrived, the shutters were not closed when it was over 30 degrees and it was very warm in the house. The shutters had probably not been closed for a long time and they needed cleaning. The outside area was not fully usable and the balcony furniture was broken. I did not adhere to the 48-hour complaint period. This is the reason why no rent reduction was granted.

The house is very well equipped, especially in the kitchen, it really has everything you need. Otherwise it is a bit old and could be modernized a bit. The price-performance ratio is not balanced. The view is great. The mattresses and pillows were of rather low quality, which we unfortunately noticed very clearly. The rooms only had curtains, so it was very bright in the room early in the morning.

Beautiful place, fully furnished house and fully equipped. The view from the house and the balcony over the lake is beautiful. The rooms are spacious enough for 6 people. The neighborhood is very quiet. Brissago is less interesting in itself, but Cannobio is very cozy. The cable car at Locarno is worth it, but make sure you have a Ticino card, then it is still a bit affordable. There is also plenty to do in the area.

Beautiful, well-kept holiday home in a slightly elevated location in Brissago. The house has everything you need, very clean. Single garage also available, 58 steps from the house.

beautiful holiday home with a fantastic view, spacious for 4 people, clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The infrastructure of Brissago can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. There are 60 steps to the accommodation but also a small road which is recommended for the disabled. We would book the house again. Unfortunately there were many ants in all the bathrooms. The landlord should counteract this.
