+ Nice apartment. Bright, well equipped with a fantastic terrace and a wonderful view. Very quiet (end of October when there were very few people in the complex). Lovingly furnished 1 room apartment. With many practical kitchen utensils (Delizio coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc.). - Bed a bit very soft and unfortunately there is no reading lamp above the bed. One evening the WLAN (also the TV) fell out for 2 hours, for the rest of the week it worked perfectly.

Everything is very good. Unfortunately, the departure time was chosen too early, since you still have to carry out a final cleaning, although you have already paid for it. The hidden object games for finding the key were annoying. The key holder could not be reached either. When we were finally in the room, everything was fine. Parking in the underground car park was unknown. Bed collapsed on 1st night as middle feet were loose.

I was allowed to spend 5 days in this beautiful apartment. heavenly calm. The apartment has everything it needs. The indoor pool a bit fresh but perfect for swimming. I really appreciated that in this Covid time and will be back soon.

Great apartment with a gradioser view. Unfortunately we were disturbed by massive construction noise. This was the case every day except Tuesday and weekends. (hammer drill unbearable) the water was also turned off for 2 hours. We demand (including Ms. K.) that part of the amount be refunded to us!

Beautiful apartment with Mediterranean flair. Spacious sun terrace, magnificent view of Lake Maggiore, Locarno, Ascona, etc. Very quiet; relaxing holiday guaranteed. Everything was to my complete satisfaction! Gladly again!

Recommended apartment. Clean. Great view. Very good flexible transfer and delivery! Reserved parking would be great. Only 4 free parking spaces. If busy you have to pay. TV without smart card. Therefore, only 7 channels (no ARD, ZDF, etc.. Yes, yes... I know. You're not here to watch TV). Public transport not so great. The bus only goes until 7 p.m. Dan Funny or on foot. Suggestion: Ticino Card.

Well furnished, clean studio with a fantastic view in Locarno Monti. Locarno train station can be reached on foot in 25 minutes, otherwise by bus (1-2 times/hour) or Funivia, taxi from Locarno approx. 25.-. It had everything we needed. Quiet location. Highly recommended, we would stay here again anytime.

quiet on the heights of Locarno this apartment is bright, very clean, with a sober and modern decoration. the terrace is a delight, with an extraordinary view of the lake and the mountains. very well equipped we recommend this accommodation. Very well located. In off-peak periods we managed to have a parking space in front of the residence, but this should not always be the case.

Fabulous, modern apartment with enormous terrace and spectacular view of Lago Maggiore. Added bonus is large indoor swimming pool. Special mention must be made of local agent (xxx), who was exceptionally helpful and efficient.
