Residenza Moro Locarno, Ticino

The location of the apartment is very good, right on the pedestrian zone in Ascona! The 2 balconies are nice, unfortunately the beach chairs are broken. The second bedroom is not pleasant nor well furnished. We couldn't lock the apartment door at first because you had to push the handle up first. This peculiarity should be pointed out.

The apartment is in a great location, we always enjoyed breakfast on the balcony in bright sunshine. It's great that the apartment has its own parking space!

A wonderful apartment in a very good location, at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Two, three minutes to the lake and all the restaurants. Large living room with two terraces with mountain views! Very nice bathroom, nice shower room. Second bedroom with lots of space. Palm trees and flowers in front of the house, wonderful!

The apartment is very nice and clean, also very central in terms of location, everything is easily accessible. Will come again.

Very clean, everything you need is there.

Very nice master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom was more of a storage room. The window was covered with wrapping paper, the mattress was stained, a table frame (without a tabletop) was simply placed against the wall. Nice dinnerware, but individual glasses thrown together. There were always problems with the TV, manual was missing. It didn't work from the start. Ms. C. was very nice and helpful.

The somewhat outdated apartment is very well located, in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone, the port, public transport and shops. It has very beautiful terraces which makes it its quality. The place is quiet. On the other hand, the sun loungers on the terrace are old and dirty. The apartment is dilapidated, dusty on our arrival (on the furniture, under the beds), the beds are of poor quality and the lighting is insufficient. To stay there only at night is enough

+ central location + friendly contact + great terrace + uncomplicated key handover - mattresses need to be replaced - waste bins in the bathroom should be available - remove the broken table (without table top) from the apartment, takes up unnecessary space

The accommodation was very good and can be recommended to others. As a suggestion for improvement: please describe where waste can be disposed of. Disposal points could not be found easily.

2nd room is sparse and dark. 4 adults goes for 2-3 nights as there is also only one shower available and bad showering in the bath tub. Otherwise the apartment is good, air conditioner is useful.

Located near the Ascona, Borgo bus stop, so easily accessible without a car. In 1 minute you can walk to the beginning of the pedestrian zone, in 5 minutes to the lake. The apartment was clean on arrival and so far well furnished with a comfortable sofa. However, the dining table inside is not that big for reasons of space, and also for reasons of space you have to sit on stools, which you can push under the table when not in use. The children's room is rather dark and sparse.

The apartment was very friendly and clean. In 5 minutes on foot at the lake. We felt very comfortable.

Environment Construction noise disturbed at times

Directly above the center of Ascona. Lots of shopping nearby. In 5 minutes on foot at the lake. Nice, very clean apartment. Only the dining table is a bit small for 4 people, but right next to the kitchen. Only has stools, no chairs with backrests. We'd love to come back...

Good central location, very quiet in the evening/at night, decent beds, two bathrooms, two balconies/terraces, good wifi, free parking space, overall well equipped, more stylish than practical in some cases (especially if you are taller). Unfortunately, there are currently two construction sites in the immediate vicinity. In the house opposite there is "only" scaffolding, but two houses away there is the loudest construction noise Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to around 4 p.m. Pity! Otherwise recommended.

Apartment good condition, very clean and central location. Enough space for 4 people, friendly facility.
