Everything was OK, since I had the apartment several times. The table was also set very nicely, wine/Gutzli mineral and various attention. But using the phone before the holidays to Glattbrugg because of questions is not good advertising because only the voice came, I tried it about 6 times, always up to about 30 minutes, never a connection, only the customer advisor line is ready for you

Reception and key handover by Hotelplan extremely friendly and helpful. The studio is very spacious and comfortably furnished. We enjoyed a great holiday in Locarno and really appreciated the central location of the studio. We'd love to come back.

It's a pity there is no mixing tap in the bathtub. Not ideal for showering because you couldn't adjust the heat of the water well. These taps are getting old. And the accommodation is very poor.

Whatever the weather, you dine in front of an imaginary window as if the wall were transparent. With the new key holder, a hotel specialist is at work, who carefully cleans the apartment and lovingly decorates it for reception. For regular guests there is even a selection of Ticino pasta and wines.

Due to Corona, we moved our holidays to Ticino at short notice. Good starting point for exploring the surrounding area in Ticino. Friendly welcome by Mrs. M., parking if desired is available for a fee. The apartment is set up appropriately. Balcony big enough to eat. The house is a bit ring hearing.

Due to the beautiful location on the lake with a partial lake view from the balcony, we felt very comfortable. Spacious app. With elevator and parking for only 5 francs a day. VERY nice RECEPTION! Small downside is that there are no dumpsters for the house.
