It is a nice, small apartment with a renovated bathroom and kitchen. It is modern and originally furnished and also has a dishwasher. The view from the balcony and the renovated, heated pool are additional plus points. Ideal for 2 people.

The apartment on the first floor has a wonderful view over Ascona and Locarno. The interior is modern, cozy and comfortable, with good beds. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a walk-in shower. The balcony has good furniture (chairs, loungers and table). The only lack is a microwave. Everything else is there.

Super nice and quiet facility. Good starting point for excursions in the area. The view of the lake is fantastic and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. The pool is really nice too. Each apartment also has its own numbered parking space and we were received very friendly, so handing over the keys was also completely uncomplicated. We'd love to come back!
