A covered parking space would be useful. The parasol is too small for late afternoon use, or another solution would be more appropriate, as the sun lingers until sunset. The new pool is excellent, as we still remember the old one. The second floor is not suitable for tenants who aren't very good on their feet. The bathroom could use a refresh. In the kitchen, I would recommend a slightly wider shelf than the wall.

The kitchen and bathroom need to be renovated, the sink no longer has a plug! Otherwise the view is great and we had a lovely holiday!

The view is wonderful, the furnishings are a bit old-carpet, madrasca, pans-. The sanitary facilities could also use a refresher.

The accommodation and on-site support were great... And the view was unique, just to enjoy... Probably less suitable for older people with walking difficulties... because there are many stairs to climb.....

We spent a week in this very quiet place. The apartment is very large but deserves renovations. We had a wonderful view. Impossible without a car. Steps around very steep. Very appreciated bread service because the 1st store is quite far. They have very good products.

We were very satisfied. The administration was very friendly and helpful. The facility was a bit older, but in good condition and everything was very clean. We would come again.

Great accommodation, away from the hustle and bustle of Locarno and Ascona. Magnificent view of the lake from the balcony, ideal for starting numerous excursions from here. It's just a shame that there is no real bike path or footpath to the lake. Car is almost a Got to. Furniture/above all. Bathroom could slowly be renovated or modernized and replaced. But it is a good price/performance ratio.

The residence is located in a small village in height and the rented apartment had a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and Locarno. Very quiet place, pleasant swimming pool, we really had a very good stay!
