The apartment is very spacious with enough space for us parents and three boys (3,7,11 years). Everything you need is there. A large tree provides shade on the balcony. A parking space can be reserved in advance via the property management (office open several times a week) for CHF 10/day. We had the outdoor parking space for our VW bus, but it would have just about fit in the garage. The beach (Bagno Pubblico) and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Great!

The location is great, but the service has greatly declined. The apartment was dirty. We were 6 people and were given 4 bath towels. Too little!!!! You used to get admission to the Lido, but it doesn't exist anymore.

Our expectations were completely met. The balcony is long but narrow, only a small table for 6 people. No place to eat outside. But well shaded by the big tree. The living room is well furnished with a large dining table and seating area. The bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage space. We would have liked a second bathroom, at least there was a second toilet. The whole apartment is a bit old, but we could live with it.

The apartment could have been cleaned better. The promised 2nd garage parking space was not a parking space at all. You had to go to the police on site and apply for a special permit for the blue zone. However, this only applies to the blue zone around the house. When there was no free parking space, e.g. B after an excursion you had to use a public parking lot for 1 night CHF 20.

We spent 4 days in Ascona. The apartment was somewhat spartan. The furniture is also not very modern and a bit worn. Nevertheless, the location is very good and the apartment is large (m²). The safety of the lift is questionable. In addition, there was dog feces in the stairwell for a whole day. In summary, we mean something else by "Penthouse Suite".

For the third time in this house and also for the third time very satisfied. Key handover via safe problem-free. Mrs. F. and team very nice and helpful. TV channels were not all available was promptly dealt with. Very dog-friendly despite a small mishap right in front of the lift. We would like to come again.
