The approach is ideal. The garage is an added plus. The environment is very quiet, especially in the morning until 8:00 (since the school is very close by) and also after 16:00. The center and the lake can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The apartment is of a high standard with a very nice living room with dining area and a very spacious balcony. The bedrooms are a reasonable size with plenty of storage space in the fitted wardrobes. Also worth mentioning are the two bathrooms.

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment and enjoyed it. Even without a car, the apartment is very well located, shopping and public transport in the immediate vicinity. It also takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center of Locarno. The following things were a bit suboptimal: unclear / no information on where to dispose of cardboard, glass, aluminum. 2 tabs for the washing machine for a week are not enough, we also had to buy toilet paper ourselves.

The modern, well-kept, bright apartment is exceptionally tastefully furnished and very comfortable. It is located in a quiet area, yet close to the river Maggia, the old town and public transport. It keeps what text and photos promise. All Interhome contacts are extremely helpful and friendly. I would have preferred not to move out at all. I'll be back for sure.

The apartment is conveniently located, the old town can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The living/dining area is spacious, the bedrooms are big enough. Everything is very bright thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. Unfortunately, at the end of September some crockery and cutlery were missing, and a fourth chair on the balcony would have been nice. The lift and the underground parking space were nice.

Generously cut holiday apartment. Centrally and quietly located. Underground car park, direct ascent with elevator to apartment floor. However, when taking over the apartment, a few defects had to be determined, which could not be remedied due to the continuous occupancy. However, there was already a defect in the previous year……. On the whole, however, there is nothing to complain about.

Everything was great, location, equipment, mattresses. I rented the apartment for four weeks and felt very comfortable at all times. Apart from a bit of school noise, it is very quiet. Migros also nearby.

The apartment was very large, modern and comfortably furnished. Quiet location in the residential area, apart from the school right next door, so a bit of noise during breaks. We were very satisfied. Everything has met our expectations. Washing tower in the apartment was great, parking lot in the underground car park was very pleasant. About 5 minutes on foot to Migros, about 10 minutes to the center or the lake. Perfect location. The apartment was our very nice home for 5 weeks.

Very nice holiday apartment well equipped and located. Only issue for us was the broken blind in our baby's room. We booked this apartment on purpose to have an extra bedroom for our 10 month old. We were very very annoyed for the morning and afternoon siesta because it was daylight in the room. We would like to book a bigger apartment this summer and we are not against a small discount for the inconvenience.

Liked · The apartment was very large and modern. Didn't like · The existing air conditioning system was defective and so it was around 28 degrees during the night, although we always aired everything. The fans in the room bring exactly nothing neither nothing. A Bachoff glove was missing from the equipment. In addition, a jukebox and all ice elements were taken away from us on the first day. We got the jukebox back but we didn't see the ice elements anymore. Unfriendly receptionists.

The apartment is very comfortable and modern. The location is quiet and convenient. In a few minutes you can reach a xxx and the old town. The beds are good too. Very important for us as older travelers. Booking the garage is recommended as there are few parking spaces available. Absolutely great, if there were still bicycles that could be used. Otherwise a great apartment. Another plus is the house is inhabited by locals. You are not lonely and alone in the house at any time of the year, as in so many other holiday properties.
