The apartment was only ready for occupancy at 4 p.m., which we found bad. 2pm should be doable if you have to be out of the apartment by 9.30am. No socket in the second bathroom. No fly screens on the bedroom windows. The kitchen was sparse, no 2 bowls for food. Different coffee machine in the description, we had bought the wrong capsules. In the evening it was often noisy in front of the bedroom window. The accommodation at number 26 would be better.

We stayed in the apartment with our baby. It was great. The apartment is clean, modern and has a lot of comfort such as a washing machine/tumble dryer with drying rack, large/small terry towels, four rolls of toilet paper, soap in both bathrooms, washing-up liquid with a cloth and brush in the kitchen as well as two tabs for the washing-up machine and a roll household paper. Each room had a fan. Only the air conditioning was missing and a potato peeler :) We would love to come back.

We spent two nights there. It is a quiet area and the apartment is very well insulated. It has everything you need on site. Only criticism: only one bathroom had hand soap and none of the bathrooms had a trash can. There is even a parking space in the garage. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the city center. Various shops such as Migros or Aldi are nearby. Generally highly recommended.

We already knew the LaVille development and therefore knew that the apartment and location is very good. Quietly located in a residential area near the Lido. The piazza can be reached in a 15-minute walk. In 5-10 minutes you can reach the foot/bike path along the Maggia (which is also the planet path). In addition to a beautiful square balcony, the modern apartment also has a washing machine and dryer. They enjoyed the stay very much. Only the price is very high.

I reserved 2 parking spaces, the parking space outside was always occupied by other cars even though it was advertised. XXX in the apartment did not work could not turn on a TV. Otherwise it was very nice and comfortable.

We felt very comfortable. Quiet, well located (10 minutes walk to the Lido, to the Piazza, Migros in the immediate vicinity). Very nicely furnished with noble materials. Excellent beds and comfortable linens. Great also WM/Tu in shower/toilet. Everything very clean. The only thing missing is the air conditioning. We will be back!

A fairly new building. The apartment was modern, clean and quiet. We were traveling by bike, which was very convenient. Underground parking space also good. The rooms are large and bright. The kitchen is well equipped. Ideal for us with 2 children (5 and 8 years old), as there are 2 bathrooms and a large living room, large dining table and large desk. We were here for the second time and would love to come back next year.
