The apartment is on a slope, a steep climb from Ascona is necessary. But good view. The equipment is good, the reception very friendly. the apartment is suitable for 2 people. Everything went smoothly.

Good location, about 15 minutes from the center, above the promenade. However, it is a steep climb up the hill. The apartment is appropriately furnished. It has everything except salt and oil for cooking.

Thank you very much had a wonderful short break in Ascona. The apartment is on a steep slope, it is a bit difficult to reach it. But that's not a bad thing, since you can easily reach everything on foot or by public transport. It's a beautiful apartment with an amazing view.

Nice apartment, but does not deserve 4 stars: no dishwasher, no blinds worthy of the name or curtains (the light passes; in the morning it is day inside even with the blinds closed, the living room window ( where is the sofa bed) has no blind), kitchen not equipped with stoves, no window with mosquito net. In addition, the beach is far (if you don't have a car: 3 km on foot, very steep). Very noisy and no view of the lake from the balcony (neighbours' blinds closed 24 hours a day).

We were here for the 2nd time this year. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't as nice as in 2018, but you still have a great view of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. The accommodation is practical and clean. However, you should make sure that you get an apartment on the street side. This is rarely used, but the balconies are in the sun all day long. (If it shines) A thank you to the very friendly receptionist in the house.

The heating during the night was insufficient, ie from 8:30 p.m. to about 6:30 a.m. the heating was turned off. Beautiful location with a view, but access by car is cumbersome, you have to drive long distances.

I arrived by car in the evening and my car navi didn't know the street. But the apartment manager "guided" me by phone, although she was at a barbecue party, very patiently until I found the street, the house and the apartment key in the safe at the entrance! I was satisfied with everything and a small bus "BUXI" goes to Monte Verità several times a day.
