Possibility to reserve a parking space for CHF 10.00 per day. Very good but this parking space is in reality only a space in front of a garage door at another address, a garage door that must still be left free for the entry and exit of bicycles. There are parking spaces near the holiday home but all in the blue zone, so no choice. Really exaggerated.... In addition, the TV channels in French are limited to TSR I & II... and no channels for children.

We have been vacationing there for 20 years. That alone speaks for the accommodation. Ms. F., the administrator, is unbeatable! Extremely friendly and competent. She solves every little problem directly to absolute satisfaction. We look forward to our next visit.

The apartment was ok not cleaned properly in the living room there were cobwebs. No electricity on the outlet in the kitchen. Apartment would need an overhaul.

The installed light remains gloomy at night. We also have trouble reading. For the rest it was comfortable, apart from some damage to the table and the walls.

Unfortunately, very poorly sound. Doors should be adjusted again when they close, it bangs terribly. Beds are very good, kitchen OK lighting in the living room is not ideal

Overall we were very satisfied with the apartment. However, there are not enough parking spaces for all apartments, which is why we had to use an expensive garage space.

Well located, lido, piazza and shopping all within 5-10 minutes radius. The apartment is no longer the youngest, but absolutely functional and coordinated. Super nice owner and nice staff. Since the dishwasher was out, I was waived the parking fee and the surcharge for the dog. Thanks!

Central storage of the apartment is certainly a big plus. View is also quite good. However, it is a pity that not even a small amount of effort is made to produce the parquet floor in an attractive way. The paint is peeling off a lot of the furniture and the walls are very worn. The kitchen was not cleaned properly; the last Nespresso capsule was still in the coffee machine. The kitchen equipment itself is good, quite pragmatic. However, cooking spoons were missing for cooking.

The apartment is very well located. It was cozy and quiet too. It is not far to walk to the center of Ascona. The bus stop is also very close. Unbureaucratic takeover and delivery of the apartment.
