Private: beautiful garden with lawn and trees. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Nearby attractions: Locarno - Ascona, Mercato Luino, Ponte Tresa IT, Mercato Cannobio IT, Swissminiatur, Melide, Outlet Foxtown, Mendrisio, Schoko Fabrik, Caslano. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Monte Gambarogno, Monte Tamaro, Monte Lema, Cardada.
