Apartment: The staff are very friendly, the accommodation is very clean, beautifully renovated. Fantastic view, good beds, useful equipment in the whole apartment. Highly recommended!! Interhome Admin.: Despite an alleged 24/7 hotline, it takes DAYS to get an answer. Confirmation comes several times in French, eventually it works in German, not a word of apology. Miserable!

The view of Ascona is perfect. The lake promenade is right in front of the balcony. The sun even shines into the bed when it rises. The lake sparkles all day long. The only negative thing is that there is no smoking ban on the balconies, and drafts come into the apartment from other balconies.

Overall, the accommodation is highly recommended. The quiet and idyllic location invites you to linger with a breathtaking panorama. On the surface it was clean. But please do not reach over a door frame or a picture. The TV was mounted on the wall next to the bed instead of opposite the bed. The mattress is not suitable. Way too thin and too soft. It was irritating to sleep in half a closet. A few small changes can still make a difference.

Studio okay, parquet floor is old and scratched, should be sanded or renewed. Towels threadbare, some had holes, dishwashing brush and cloth were old.

I spent a week with my daughter, I really enjoyed the large balcony and the large, very bright bathroom! The place is quiet with a magnificent view of the lake. However, not very easy to access either by car or on foot.
