The apartment on the 3rd floor had everything your heart could desire. From the balcony you had a fantastic panorama of Lake Maggiore and Ascona. The house with the various apartments is above Ascona and can be reached from the lake via steep stairs or by car via a steep road. If you walk this route twice a day, you will have completed your daily fitness program at the same time. The only negative point: the parking and garage spaces could be offered at a slightly lower price.

The room offers a great view of Ascona, the lake and the mountains! The facility is functional, everything is there. It is also easy to reach on foot from Ascona (it is relatively steep - the price for the view ;-)

Location on Monte Verità with a fantastic view over Lake Maggiore and the center of Ascona. The sometimes very narrow driveway takes some getting used to, especially with larger wagons. The apartment is well equipped, nothing is missing. Only the sleep quality of the Murphy bed is mediocre. Very friendly service at the reception!

Hello, very clean accommodation. Missing a hair dryer and a cutting board otherwise everything perfect. Very good bedding. To recommend. Difficult to understand that we did not have access to travel vouchers. To be forwarded to the tourist office.

We stayed at this property for a week in August 19. Everything went well from check in to check out. The "apartment" offers everything you need for a stay. The accommodation is very central to the promenade in Ascona, which is a big plus for us. We would book the accommodation again and can recommend it.

Location and view very good. Suitable for people who like to walk. Furnishings in the living room/bedroom rather outdated. Terry towels very good. Bedding should be renewed. Bathroom and kitchen attractive. Nice contact person. However, only a reduced presence in January. Missing information about the locking system of the front door. Front door should be closed during the day. Since the first few days practically alone in the house, a little unsafe feeling.

The view on the 2nd floor was great. The apartment had everything you need, you could even use the bread roll service. If you had any questions, there was usually someone in the office.
