All furnishings were good and appropriate with beautiful views. Only the mattresses of the wall beds were a bit "worn" and the mattress cover was open on the side.

The apartment is nice, clean and has a great view. The ladies there are very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the apartment is very badly soundproofed and other guests above and next door seem to move all the furniture from one corner to the other before 7 a.m. every day, so sleeping in is unthinkable. Too bad.

Top location and view, very nice facilities and super clean. Very nice management, fresh croissants and rolls to order every morning in front of the door. The waterfront promenade can be reached directly by footpath/stairs. I will definitely come back here. Clear recommendation!

The accommodation has a terrace for two people with a great view. The center can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

We liked: - a short walk up the stairs to the promenade in Ascona - parking lot right in front of the house - the exceptional cleanliness of the apartment - great facilities What was missing for a perfect stay: - a pan - a shared bed. The folding beds are unfortunately single with a large gap between them. Note for future arrivals by car: it is best to enter via borgo 10, ascona in the navigation system - then you will end up directly at the entrance to via rondonico.

Very good location, great view from the balcony and from the room. Very friendly welcome, very clean apartment. Everything you need. WLAN on the balcony not very usable, but more time to enjoy the view.

Very cozy apartment with a great view. Well equipped kitchen and very clean. The only thing that didn't quite meet our expectations was the bed. There were two single folding beds with a rather thin and soft mattress. Otherwise everything was great and can only be recommended.

Great location and great view from the balcony, of Ascona and Lago. In 5 minutes walk directly to the lake promenade, a little steep ascent or descent. Very clean apartment and nice reception. Great value for money. Come again.

Es bleibt eigentlich kein Wunsch offen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, nur einen Ventilator mussten wir kaufen, weil es sehr heiss war, aber das liegt nicht an der Wohnung.

Nice reception. Great clean room with all the necessities in the kitchen area. Unique view of Ascona and the lake. Good starting point for hiking.
