Shop, restaurant 400 m, railway station "Locarno-Muralto" 4 km, public bathing area 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 1 km. Please note: suitable for families, suitable for seniors. Additional accommodations can be booked. Minigolf 1 km. Via steep stairs and 5 minutes walk there is another public parking. Public car park in the centre.

We had a wonderful stay. The check-in/check-out was uncomplicated and the service staff was very courteous. The apartment was perfect for our purposes, simply furnished with everything we needed. Beautiful view of Ascona and Lake Maggiore. The 184 steps were the ideal training ;)

The apartment was super clean, well equipped and everything as described. The ascent (on foot) requires a certain level of fitness, but you will be rewarded with the beautiful view. Gladly again.

The room is very clean and well equipped. The view is very nice. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately it is a bit noisy on weekend evenings/nights. If you are on the road by bike, you always have a very steep final climb on the way back. But overall a great place to stay.

Nice apartment, nice view. You have to be fit without a car, as there is a 10-minute steep climb to the apartment. Also take good shoes with you, lots of cobblestones and steep slopes or stairs.

Everything tip top, good location, nice view, nice big apartment, big bathroom, functional kitchen, balcony table a bit small for 2 people. 198 steps from Ascona to the property, but that keeps you fit. Bread roll service every day, delivery right to the front door (supplier from Losono) there are better bakeries in Ascona

Too bad that the residence (description, information, reservation of bread and pastries) and the TV channels are made only for German-speaking Swiss and/or Germans, there are also French-speaking Swiss who love Ticino. A microwave would be useful in the accommodation.

We were really happy with everything! The view from the balcony of Ascona and the Lago: great! (However, there are also apartments in the house with a limited view, which would have been very disappointing and unacceptable to us). Breakfast on the balcony: just great! The house is halfway up the legendary Monte Verità, and one should know or deal with the history of this mountain in order to be able to correctly assess what it means to "reside" right here.

We had a very good stay in Ticino. This studio is very well equipped and has an ideal surface for a couple. The view is breathtaking on the old Ascona and the Piazza. Access on foot requires a little effort that we provided with pleasure.
