We had a well furnished apartment with an extra kitchen which was clean and well equipped. We could easily reach the 4th floor with the elevator, the small balcony had an extra sun awning and was quietly facing the inner courtyard. The central location was ideal! Have stayed in this house for the third time!! If it is possible for us, we will gladly use this house again!!

The handover of the apartment was corona-compliant. Everything was very clean and tough furnished. The location was great, public transport in front of the house and everything in the immediate vicinity. There was only a misunderstanding when booking a parking space on site. Unfortunately there was no hair dryer in the bathroom.

The location of the accommodation was ideal, especially for guests arriving by public transport, the bus stop is very close by, as are shopping facilities, the old town and the lake. The apartment was functional and equipped with everything you need.

Problem-free key handover, very nice manager who also speaks German. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable. We had a 1 room apartment on the 4th floor which can be reached by elevator. It is possible to rent a PP or garage upon prior notification. Otherwise it also has public PP nearby. The only thing that doesn't quite match the description is that the property is next to the beach. The distance is about 600 meters, no lake view.

The only 2 small negative points: To reserve a garage parking space you had to call separately after booking, if you don't have one then you're unlucky. No air conditioning or ventilation installed. But we always ventilated the room well in the evening so that it wasn't too hot. Otherwise, a top accommodation with a very good location. Value for money is unbeatable in Ascona
